Appointment Scheduling
Aligning with the seminary's safe reopening plan, the library has resumed regular operating hours. Face masks are optional.
Beginning August 16, 2021, the library will open to align with the safe reopening of the Wesley Theological Seminary. You no longer need to schedule an appointment to visit the library. However, WTS students, faculty, and staff still need to scehdule appointments to use the Materials Request and Pickup service. Please see Preparing For Your Visit for current protocols before coming to the library.
Materials Pickup Scheduling
Wesley students, faculty, and staff may request library materials to be prepared for pickup or mailed. Use the Library Materials Request Form to submit requests.

Please take note of the following before coming to the library:
For materials pickup appointments:

Use the Library Materials Pickup Request Form to request items for pickup.

Library staff will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your requests.

Pickup your requested materials at the Circulation and Information Services Desk.

Masks are optional in the library.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, use the link in the confirmation email to cancel.
